Reasons Why Everyone Needs to Go on a Mission Trip

Have you ever been on a mission trip? We haven’t. Here are some reasons you should go on a mission trip.

Mission trips are for doing good and spreading God’s message. Jacob Mitchell did this by whitewater rafting in Colorado. “It was pretty cool,” Mitchell said. “ I played with some kids, including my dude Ezekiel.” Amazingly, that boy grew up to be Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot!

Another way you can help others is by going to Mexico, chilling on the beach, and taking a selfie with underprivileged kids. Can you say #NewProfilePic?

Another helpful thing to do with underprivileged people that combines fun with the two previous ideas is teaching them how to white water raft! Forget building a school for those Ethiopian orphans. Wouldn’t their lives be better improved learning how to navigate a rushing river on an inflatable tube?

You know what, whitewater rafting is really fun. It’s exciting in the way where you feel like you could die at any moment, and it’s a great bonding experience. Here are some reasons you should go whitewater rafting.

  1. Exercise
  2. Nature
  3. New Experiences
  4. Bonding
  5. Adrenaline Rush
  6. Unique Wildlife
  7. It’s super fun!

I forgot what the original topic of this article was, but we know what we want to do this summer! Who’s in for a fun Colorado summer of whitewater rafting?
