Spiral Diner is a local restaurant in Texas with locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, and soon to be in Denton. It serves 100% vegan and healthy meals that not only taste amazing but make you feel amazing. But I know what you might be thinking, “Vegan food? But I’m not vegan?” Good news… you do not have to be vegan. This restaurant has menu items that include breakfast dishes and lunch dishes; veggie burgers, nachos, bowls, sandwiches and wraps, quesadillas, spaghetti and tons of amazing dessert dishes with options including sundaes, bakery items, cakes, and tons more. All 100% vegan.

If you are going there for the first time, I recommend getting their “Bunny Bowl” which is veggies, (your choice of protein) and either cashew quinoa patty or portobello mushroom.

If you are not feeling like a bowl, I recommend The Hot Hummus Wrap (with hummus, veggies,  mixed nuts, and avocado with ranch or tahini dressing all stuffed in a grilled tortilla), The Spiral Burger, or if you are wanting something different for the evening I recommend the Simpleton Sandwich.

But don’t leave before you get something for dessert! If you’re in the mood for something delicious and “guilt free”, try the Affogato (two scoops of ice cream topped with two shots of espresso), The Deathstar Sundae (chocolate brownie cover with a shot of hot espresso and topped with your choice of “i-scream” and whipped cream), or a Classic Banana Split. There are tons of options to choose from from their menu.

All in all, this restaurant has amazing food, a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and is fulfilling to for all people. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.
