Super Nachos

-Velveeta cheese



-1 bag of corn tortilla chips

-1/2 cup of bacon bits

-1 bag of green onions

-1 small tomato

-2 jalapeños

-1 small white onion

-1/2 cup of sour cream



1. Dice tomato

2. Dice white onion

3. Slice green onions

4. Slice jalapeño



1. Arrange corn chips on a large platter.

2. Melt Velveeta with the desired amount of milk in a saucepan on low.

Note: The less milk the thicker, and the more milk the thinner the cheese will be.

3. Pour cheese over the chips and add bacon bits, green onions, white onion, jalapeños and tomato.

4. Serve immediately as is and garnish with sour cream and parsley.
