  3. Listen to your favorite music.
  4. Watch a funny video! It can help put a smile on your face.
  5. Play with an animal (pets make everyone feel better).
  6. Take a break for social media.
  7. Spend more time with your family.
  8. Make some comfort food.
  9. Do something productive! It can help distract yourself from whatever it is that is bothering you.
  10. Try to have a positive mindset.
  11. Read inspirational quotes.
  12. Write down your thoughts. It’s good to get your thoughts down on paper.
  13. Watch your favorite TV show.
  14. It’s okay to cry. Get your emotions out, and I promise you’ll feel much better.
