The New Kids on Campus

As a new student at Keller High, I wanted to see how other new kids were taking the change. I conducted interviews with a couple new students to see where they were coming from and how they were adapting to the change of schools.

“Fort Worth Christian”

 

How does It compare to Keller academically? Is it harder or easier?

“It is honestly just about the same.”

 

How do the people compare?

‘The people here overall are very nice and accepting. At Fort Worth Christian, it was hard for new students to adapt because everyone already knew each other.”

 

What is your overall impression of keller?

“There are a ton of people here, and that is a good thing, and I am liking it so far.”

 

Why did you transfer schools?

“Keller had a lot more options as far as classes, and my parents thought that a bigger school would help me with the transition to college.”

How does It compare to Keller academically? Is it harder or easier?

“It’s about the same, but it varies from class to class.”

 

What is your overall impression of keller?

“It’s okay. It’s hard to adjust to a new school, and I’m still getting used to things.”

“My parents got a divorce.”
