Combination Pho

Have you been craving pho for weeks now? Has pho been the only thing you’ve wanted for so long that you’ve started dreaming about it? Has your older brother promised to take you to get pho on a Thursday night and then ended up cancelling on you so your parents get it for you the next day and you have to eat it all alone? (Maybe not that.)

Well, luckily for you, I am here to inform you about a great restaurant that served me the best bowl of pho I’ve had in my entire life. Boun Bistro has officially been declared my God of all pho. Of course, they serve tons of other dishes besides pho. Pho is just really important to me. I’ve typed it so many times that it doesn’t even look like a real word anymore.

Boun Bistro is a Thai/Laotian restaurant in Fort Worth on Beach Street. It’s in a strip mall, and although the building is small, it holds tons of flavor inside it. My family went to Boun for my brother’s birthday, and as soon as we walked in, it was immediately attractive. The decorations display Thailand and Laos’ cultures with the design and small decorations. The menu has a huge variety of options for you to order, and as many other similar restaurants do, you can pick your level of hotness for certain dishes. If you’re like me, you can get a level 1, or if you want 0 tastebuds, there’s a level 10.

It’s always nice to have a bit of variety in your diet instead of having the same types of foods week after week. Taking a chance with another culture’s food is just the way to spice up your diet. I highly recommend checking out what Boun Bistro has to offer!
