Let me tell you why Halloween is the most overrated “holiday.” First, its for kids and only for kids. Its awesome for little kids to dress up as their favorite superhero and get free candy, but for a teenager and/or grown adult to get super excited for a KIDS holiday is ridiculous. Personally I stopped getting excited for Halloween by the age of ten. Second, It is annoying to have a doorbell rung a million times that night and giving away candy. Especially when I walk to the door and see grown adults trick-or-treated- no. I’m not going to give you candy, you are not a kid and don’t deserve my candy. I get all these Halloween parties where everyone dresses up, those can be fun. But the actual day of Halloween is WAY overrated and really shouldn’t be considered a national holiday at all.
